This delicately flavored honey comes from the immense red clover meadows of the Peace River Valley in northern Alberta, British Columbia, Canada.

The Peace River waters the clover, and the bees, as it flows north to the Arctic Sea.

The honey is white colored, and with a light sweet clover taste, and a lengthy aftertaste. Like a late harvest Riesling.

It is crystalline, which is natural for an organic, but the crystal is very fine grained. It self-solidifies soon after extraction due to its extremely low water content.

Spread it on a little toast with butter… Delicious!
