For 25 years, the Tasmanian Honey Company has been collecting honey from the pristine wilderness of South-Western Tasmania, a remote Australian island that sits between the Pacific and Indian oceans.

A relatively small amount of this "Special Reserve" honey is produced.

Its flavor is best described as soft and mellow with marzipan tones.

As this honey is heat sensitive and candies with a wonderfully fine texture, it is packed straight from the extractor. Consequently, the honey is raw and may contain small particles of bees wax.
