The Pommery family, known for their traditional "Mourtarde des Chanoines", experimented for generations to create a very special, extra strong mustard of their own to match the fame of their more renowned recipe.

They proudly named their new creation "Pommery Moutarde de Lion" - the Lion's Mustard.

As the lion is the King of the Beasts, so too is "Pommery Moutarde de Lion" the King of Mustard.
