Poco Dolce Chocolate Bars
Poco Dolce Chocolate Bars
The name Poco Dolce translates from Italian as "not too sweet" or "just a little sweet." Applying this idea to their products, Poco Dolce's ongoing mission is to stay on the "savory side of sweet."
Poco Dolce Confections was started by Kathy Wiley in 2003 as a small San Francisco baking company specializing in regional Italian pastries. It wasn't long before she discovered a passion for creating hand-made chocolates with unique and exciting flavors.
Run by a six person team for most of the year, the utmost attention and care is put into crafting each and every product.
Created by hand in their San Francisco kitchen in small batches, Poco Dolce's chocolates and confections feature only the finest, all-natural ingredients like local almonds and pumpkin seeds, to Grey Sea Salt harvested from the coast of Brittany.
Flavors:
Peanut Butter Bar: all natural peanut butter and a touch of Grey Sea Salt folded into bittersweet chocolate
Mayan Chile Bar: a blend of cinnamon and two types of chiles folded into bittersweet chocolate
Bittersweet with Sea Salt: bittersweet chocolate accented with a touch of Grey Sea Salt
Olive Oil Sea Salt Bar: bittersweet chocolate, Californian olive oil, and a touch of Grey Sea Salt
