Excellent in salad dressings, and to brighten up sauces.

It's great for marinating meats, to drizzle on vegetables that are going to be roasted, lovely in a stir fry as well. Toss a little in homemade salsa.

Any recipe you'd use red wine vinegar in, you can generally substitute the cognac vinegar in. It's really a wonderful vinegar!
