The pâté of the cheese is mild, but slightly tangy from the milk.

The mellowness of the cheese is interrupted only by the sprinkled black peppercorns which add crunch to the texture and spice to the taste.

Grates well over pasta, good in salads, and a fine addition to the table or cheese board.
