Manchego is Spain's most well known and beloved cheese.

It comes from the La Mancha region, from the Manchega sheep.

Known as the cheese of Don Quixote (due to the reference made by Cervantes in his Don Quixote of La Mancha) this popular cheese is buttery yet zesty with a sheep's milk quality, aged for six months.
